Fine jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fine jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for one year from date of receipt. Some examples of jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discoloration due to chemical exposure
- Prongs and precious metal that experience wear over time
- Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) that result in a stone falling out or being lost
- Lost stone or a stone that has fallen out due to chipping or breaking
Returns: Silver Jewelry
Silver jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless you have purchased the wrong size.
Silver jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of receipt. Some examples of jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discoloration due to chemical exposure
- Prongs and precious metal that experience wear over time
- Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) that result in a stone falling out or being lost
- Lost stone or a stone that has fallen out due to chipping or breaking
Order Cancellation
All Jewelry is final sale. Exchanges for a different size are accepted.
What If I Bought The Wrong Size?
Not a problem! First, log onto our website and purchase the correct size that you need. Then, email jordan@skydogjewelry.com for the return address. We'll process your order within 7 business days of receiving it and get your new ring shipped out as soon as possible. That's it!
How to Return
Unless the item is damaged, or we made a mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to deny the credit. Please email jordan@skydogjewelry.com for return shipping address. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.
