Returns: Fine Jewelry

Fine jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fine jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for six months from date of receipt. Some examples of jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration due to chemical exposure
• Prongs and precious metal that experience wear over time
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) that result in a stone falling out or being lost
• Lost stone or a stone that has fallen out due to chipping or breaking

In the event that you should lose any accent diamonds within six months of receipt, and there is no visible damage, we’ll replace the stone(s).

Silver jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Silver jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of receipt. Some examples of jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration due to chemical exposure
• Prongs and precious metal that experience wear over time
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) that result in a stone falling out or being lost
• Lost stone or a stone that has fallen out due to chipping or breaking
