At SKYDOG Jewelry, every piece is crafted by hand with care, intention, and respect for the materials that come from the earth. Our goal is to create jewelry that lasts a lifetime—and we’re here to support you in caring for your piece along the way.

Warranty Coverage

SKYDOG Jewelry offers a six (6) month warranty on all pieces, covering defects related to craftsmanship and manufacturing under normal wear.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or excessive wear
  • Jewelry that is noticeably bent, misshapen, or altered
  • Stones lost due to impact or neglect
  • Pieces purchased during promotions or sales
  • Any work performed by a jeweler other than SKYDOG within the first six months

Please note: Any third-party alteration or repair within the first six months will void the SKYDOG warranty.

Maintenance & Repair Services

We are happy to help keep your jewelry looking its best.

  • One complimentary cleaning and stone-tightening service per year is offered for all SKYDOG pieces.
  • Additional cleanings, polishing, stone tightening, resizing, or adjustments may be performed for a fee.
  • Repairs outside of warranty coverage are available following evaluation and approval.

Because each SKYDOG piece is handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, all repairs are assessed individually to ensure the best outcome.

Local, National & International Clients

All repairs and servicing are completed through our studio in Laguna Beach, California.

  • Local clients may arrange a studio drop-off by appointment
  • Clients outside the area may ship their piece to us

For international clients, we may be able to recommend a trusted local jeweler depending on the repair. If you choose to ship your piece to SKYDOG, please note:

  • Clients are responsible for all shipping costs
  • International clients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs upon return
  • We strongly recommend fully insuring your shipment

Shipping Guidelines

  • All repairs require prior authorization.
    Items shipped without authorization will be returned to sender.
  • SKYDOG Jewelry does not cover shipping costs or loss during transit.
  • Please package your jewelry carefully to prevent damage.
