The customization process starts with a personal consultation with SKYDOG founder and designer, Jordan. Whether via email, video call, or in person, we’ll discuss your story, lifestyle, and ideas to ensure your piece is uniquely yours. From there, we’ll select the right stones, design, and style to bring your vision to life.
Once the design is finalized, your custom piece will take about 6 to 8 weeks to craft. We recommend starting the process at least 8 weeks before any special occasion to ensure your jewelry is ready on time.
Absolutely! If you have heirloom pieces or existing stones you’d like to incorporate, we can use them in your custom creation. During your consultation, we’ll explore how to give your treasured items a new life in your custom design.
No problem! If you're unsure where to begin, we’re here to guide you. Jordan will share his collection of one-off gemstones and offer expert advice to help you choose the perfect design and materials that match your style and budget.
Yes! During the design phase, you’ll have the opportunity to review and make any adjustments to your custom piece. We’ll work closely with you until you are completely satisfied with the final design before moving forward with production.
