Our bespoke jewelry process is personal and magical, beginning with a one-on-one consultation and ending with a personal piece of jewelry unlike any other.

SKYDOG Bespoke Consultation

At the heart of our process is ensuring your bespoke jewelry is personal and authentic, so we begin with an individual consultation.

Communicating with SKYDOG founder and designer Jordan by email, video call, or in-person visit, you’ll share your story, lifestyle, and ideas. If there’s an existing piece or stone you love we’ll begin there - but if you don’t know where to start, you’re in safe hands.

Jordan will share with you his collection of one-off gemstones, giving you an opportunity to select a unique stone for your bespoke piece. If you have heirloom jewelry you’d like to incorporate, we can plan to give these existing stones a new life in your bespoke piece.

Through this process Jordan will give expert insights and ideas, helping you select the most exciting and appropriate designs and gemstones for your life, aesthetics, and budget.

Custom Jewelry Design

Taking the ideas and insights from your consultation, Jordan will create and present a custom selection of original ideas.

At this stage you will see your options for stones and styles and have an opportunity to tweak and change any details of the design.

Finding together the perfect design, we’ll present either a final hand-drawn design or computer render before we begin.

Only once you are completely happy will your design be proceeded to production. And then, the magic begins…

Hand Crafted Custom Jewelry

Your chosen design will be hand crafted to perfection in the SKYDOG workshop.

Each piece begins as a cast, requiring careful finishing by hand for a smooth and perfect surface. Your jewelry is then expertly set with your gemstones and brought to a perfect polished finish.

Your custom jewelry will take around 6 - 8 weeks from the moment your design is proceeded. To be sure you will have your piece in time, allow 8 weeks before your special event to begin the custom jewelry process.
